1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77xc ("77xc", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://77xc.asia and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and the payment cashier (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By accessing the 77xc Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unambiguously accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 77xc Platform and close your account if one has been opened.
1.4 77xc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
2.1 The 77xc Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance.
2.4 In the event that an account is found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18, 77xc will close the account immediately, void all wagers, and return deposited funds to the original payment source after satisfactory identity confirmation.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 77xc Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. 77xc may, at its sole discretion, close duplicate accounts, void associated bets and bonuses, and confiscate balances held in duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update your account details promptly if they change. Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice and without payment of balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77xc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may close your 77xc account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to standard identity verification requirements.
3.5 Account Closure by 77xc. 77xc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 All financial transactions on the 77xc Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77xc does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed in PKR.
4.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per time period depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your 77xc account balance upon receipt of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the case of JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically instantaneous. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the processing hours of the issuing bank.
4.5 77xc does not accept third-party payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts held in the name of another person will be reversed and the relevant 77xc account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, subject to method-specific availability. 77xc reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal arrangements where required.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per time period and are communicated within the account cashier.
5.3 Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is concluded.
5.4 Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa – typically within 1 hour; bank transfers – typically same business day, subject to banking hours. 77xc does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.
5.5 77xc reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to withdrawals it deems high-value or unusual before processing. This is a security measure to protect player funds.
6.1 77xc may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bets) will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
6.3 77xc reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, through collusion, or through exploitation of technical errors.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
7.1 By placing a bet or participating in a casino game on the 77xc Platform, you accept the relevant game rules as displayed within each game and the betting rules applicable to each sport or event.
7.2 All bets are final once confirmed, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the relevant event. 77xc reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome is determined to be affected by irregular activity.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the Platform will attempt to resume the game from the last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance. 77xc will not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game session interrupted by a technical error.
7.4 77xc's decision on the settlement of bets and game outcomes is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77xc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10.1 All content on the 77xc Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, game assets, and audiovisual elements, is the property of 77xc or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77xc.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 77xc's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
11.3 77xc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of services.
12.1 In the event of a dispute relating to a bet settlement, account decision, or payment transaction, Players must first contact the 77xc support team via the in-platform live chat within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. The support team will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
12.2 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute and the outcome of the initial support interaction. 77xc will provide a final written response within 21 business days.
12.3 77xc's final decision on bet settlements and game outcomes is conclusive. Mathematical or technical disputes will be resolved by reference to the Platform's server logs, which represent the authoritative record of all game events.
13.1 77xc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to suggest that 77xc facilitates gambling in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
